- Ask for cancellation of your order, according to our Terms of Service

- POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCE OF THE VIOLATION OF OUR RULES -
- You may be blocked if you continue to behave irrespectively, after warning from our support
- We can disable all the payment options for you, if we notice suspicious payment sources
- If you don't respond to our attempts to contact you (to figure out suspicious transaction) we can block your account.
- Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards may lead to the blocking of your account.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Cancellation requests MAY be rejected in the following cases:
- Dropped start count
1)We ask you to look after your start counts, because the services can't work with the wrong ones. We aren't responsible if your actual number of followers/likes/plays/views etc will be dropped lower than the start count's quantity.
2)If you are an owner of the big account with a very unstable start count you have to be ready that "drops" issues are almost impossible to avoid. We're not obligated to replenish them. If you place an order you take the full responsibility of your previous number of followers/likes/plays/views etc
- Wrong orders
1)Attentively read the description of the chosen service, we never cancel orders placed with a mistake through your fault!
2)We ask you to place your orders carefully to avoid such situations when you specified a wrong link, wrong amount, wrong intervals and etc.
3)You should not place an order with a different provider using the same link until your order is completed.
- Unavailable links
1) Don't make your page private
2) Don't change your username
3) Don't remove your page
*in such cases, your orders may be marked as completed automatically*
- Duplicated orders
*the system works according to the start count and marks your orders as completed after you will receive enough quantity.*
1)Don't place multiple orders for the same link at the same time, wait until the first order will be Completed/Canceled/Partial before placing a new one.
2)Don't place the same orders twice until the first one will be Completed/Canceled/Partial.
3)If your order has been dropped, please wait for us to Refill/Cancel/Partial before to make a new order.
4)Don't ask us to cancel or anything else with the reason:" followers/likes/plays/views etc come from my real users, my fans, another sellers etc.
- Late delivery/Drops
1)There are a lot of factors that may affect the delivery speed of the service. Late delivery doesn't mean you will get a refund. Only "speed up" requests may be accepted.
2)Every description of the service includes information about its refill guarantee.
So:
- if you ordered guaranteed service, we will refill the missing amount.
- if you ordered non-guaranteed service, you were informed about this before placing an order
- By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
- You will only use our website in a manner that follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service pages.
- Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
- We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
- We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.
